Developing life-long learners and servant-leaders of tomorrow
Our high school program engages students in a challenging college preparatory curriculum with opportunities for Advanced Placement (AP) courses and extensive research in the humanities and science. Students learn how their knowledge is applied by developing empathy, designing solutions, and interacting with members of the community.
Pope Saint John Paul II Preparatory School offers a high school program that challenges students to look for more.
Beyond just challenging students academically, our programs require students to see themselves and their learning in the context of their greater community. Technology is used for the development of creative products, not just a replacement of pencil and paper.

Academic Advantages at JPII
Cutting-edge Teaching
Content experts use teaching strategies such as project-based learning and design thinking that help students develop empathy and connect theories and concepts with practical applications to make a positive impact on their community.
Research-based Courses
Research is embedded into science classes, preparing students to develop as scientists and prepare them for future careers in the field.
Advanced Communication Skills
The English curriculum includes reading and discussing new and classic literature. As students advance through English courses, they develop advanced written and verbal communication skills, which prepare them for next-level classes, life experiences, and future careers.
Student Support
Additional time in the daily schedule for tutorials so students have additional teacher support and the opportunity to create lasting relationships.
Career Explorations
Through Innovation and Entrepreneurship classes, students build skills in business and technical areas while exploring future careers.
Catholic Worldview
