Items purchased at our pop-up shop (with the exception of sale or clearance items) can be returned or exchanged within 14 days.  Please bring your item to Pope John Paul Preparatory School’s main office located at 117 Caldwell Drive, Hendersonville, TN 37075.

Items purchased online (with the exception of sale or clearance items) can be returned for a full refund within 14 days.  Unfortunately, exchanges for online orders are unavailable at this time (purchased items have to be refunded then a new purchase is made for the correct item). Please bring your item to Pope John Paul Preparatory School’s main office located at 117 Caldwell Drive, Hendersonville, TN 37075. 

In order for the product to be eligible for a return, please make sure of the following:

• The product(s) were purchased in the last 14 days

• The product(s) has not been washed/worn and is in the original condition

• Sale/Clearance items are not eligible for returns or exchanges
