Athletic Performance & Sports Medicine

Offering a Comprehensive and Dynamic Approach to Sports Training.

Taking a proven professional athletic development approach to student-athletes to enhance the physical, mental, and spiritual growth of our student-athletes.

Our Performance Philosophy

Pope Saint John Paul II Preparatory School’s Athletic Performance staff with 27 years of coaching experience with power five athletes in all sports and the NFL for 21 seasons create programs that focuses on strength and conditioning, skill development, injury prevention and rehabilitation, nutrition and wellness, and mental training.

Consistency. Effort. Success

We believe all student-athletes are important, whether first-time lifters or veteran lifters. Athletic development begins with a sound, safe, comprehensive program combined with consistency and effort from the athlete. Our total-body movement-based program takes athletes from their current ability to their athletic performance goals.
