Athletic Performance & Sports Medicine

Offering a Comprehensive and Dynamic Approach to Sports Training.

Taking a proven professional athletic development approach to student-athletes to enhance the physical, mental, and spiritual growth of our student-athletes.

Pope Saint John Paul II Preparatory School’s Athletic Performance program focuses on strength and conditioning, skill development, injury prevention and rehabilitation, nutrition and wellness, and mental training.

Consistency. Effort. Success.

We believe all student-athletes are important, whether first-time lifters or veteran lifters. Athletic development begins with a sound, safe, comprehensive program combined with consistency and effort from the athlete. Our total-body movement-based program takes athletes from their current ability to their athletic performance goals.
