Knights Athletic Club

Promoting Athletics in an Atmosphere That is Consistent With The Educational Philosophy and Overall Mission of The School.

Pope Saint John Paul II Preparatory School’s Knight Athletic Club (KAC) is a parent-led fundraising organization supporting all athletic programs and related activities at JPII by helping to develop character and high ideals, cultivating wholesome community school spirit, and promoting good sportsmanship.

The KAC (Knights Athletic Club) generates revenue through membership fees and approved fundraising. The funds are used to provide additional financial support for all athletic programs. The KAC strives to reduce the athletic department's expenses through volunteer services, including assisting the staff in planning, organizing, promoting and executing athletic activities, special events, and projects. KAC membership is open to all parents.

Tailgate Row Parking

Premium Tailgate Row presented by Tennessee Soccer Club: $500
The Premium Tailgate Row presented by Tennessee Soccer Club spots are in the heart of the activity and are those closest to the stadium entrance. On game days the players, cheerleaders, and band parade down tailgate row ending in this space just before they take the field. Fans in this section are encouraged to decorate their space with prizes given weekly for the spaces with the best decorations. This section traditionally sells out with a waiting list from families of underclassmen so they can secure one of these spaces when their student athlete is a junior and senior. There are no cars permitted in the premium tailgate row area, but each Premium Tailgate Row presented by Tennessee Soccer Club space comes with a reserved parking space adjacent to the Premium Tailgate row space.

Tailgate Row presented by Tennessee Soccer Club: $200
The Tailgate Row presented by Tennessee Soccer Club spaces are on the back half of the middle tier further from the stadium entrance. On game days the players, cheerleaders and band start their parade to the field in this area. Fans in this section are also encouraged to decorate their space with prizes given weekly for the spaces with the best decorations. Cars are permitted to be parked in these spaces.

General Reserved Parking: $100
The upper and lower tier of the three tier parking lot at Pope are reserved parking spaces on game days. These spaces are great for those who enjoy the convenience of parking near all of the activities within tailgate row and/or would like additional parking spaces near their tailgate spot.
