Campus Ministry & Retreat Program
Growing Closer in a Community of Faith
As faith leaders at JPII, seniors have the opportunity to lead weekly liturgies for the student body and annual class faith retreats for underclassmen. The senior theology Campus and Ministry Leadership course interweaves an in-depth study of spirituality, prayer, and leadership. This unique program allows seniors to mature in their faith through theological reflection, discussion, and diverse prayer practices. Seniors develop into missionary disciples and hone their leadership skills in public speaking, retreat and event planning, and small-group leadership.
Faith and Service Retreats
One Body in Christ
Retreats are a time for students to set aside their school-day responsibilities and enter more deeply into their relationships with God, their classmates, and teachers, fostering the bonds that tie our community together.
Middle school students participate in on-campus retreats and service projects as they learn to grow in faith as a community. High school students move off campus for full faith and service retreat days as they experience a thematic program designed to form them into servant leaders of tomorrow.Freshmen
