Join us on April 12 from 1:00 - 3:00 p.m. in the JPII auditorium as we celebrate "Living The Sweet Life” at The Sparkle Pageant 2025! In its eighth year, The Sparkle Pageant originated from a special friendship between a Hand in Hand Program student and her peer mentor, then JPII student Mrs. Mary Grace (Beasley) Sledd. After winning a local pageant, Mary Grace ’18 was inspired to start a new kind of pageant that would be inclusive, welcoming, and open to individuals with disabilities. Her dream was for people with disabilities to have an opportunity to participate in pageantry and have a stage and platform on which to be honored for their beauty, talent, and passion. Her dream became a reality when she founded the Sparkle Pageant in 2017.
The Sparkle Pageant experience is truly magical for all involved—whether on stage, backstage, or in the audience, everyone will enjoy the day! Mary Grace and her family hope that all participants and families will feel loved, supported, and celebrated by the entire JPII community! Purchase your ticket using this TICKET LINK.
